House Kapenda is a proposed project in Arandis, this is a 2 bedroom outbuilding with a large open-plan living room and kitchen, the client wanted the house to be divided into two parts one strictly for living and the other for sleeping, the approach allowed for easy flow from the kitchen to the dining room and to the living room.
